Support built around your goals

Living with a physical disability should not mean giving up your independence. Our physical disability care is about practical help that lets you get on with your day, whether that means working, studying, volunteering, socialising or simply enjoying life at home.

You stay in control. We listen to how you want your support to work, agree it together, and change it whenever you need us to.

Experience with a wide range of conditions

Our nurse-led team supports adults with a range of physical disabilities and long-term conditions, including:

  • Stroke and acquired brain injury
  • Multiple sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease
  • Motor neurone disease and other neurological conditions
  • Spinal injuries and reduced mobility
  • Arthritis, amputation and sensory impairments
  • Frailty and recovery after falls or surgery

Our Registered Manager, Paul Farrell, is a nurse who has specialised in neuro-rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, long-term condition management and falls prevention. That clinical background shapes how we assess, plan and review every disability care package.

Working with your therapists

Where you have rehabilitation goals, we work alongside physiotherapists and occupational therapists to support your exercise programme and help you build strength and confidence. We can also advise on equipment and adaptations that make home life safer and easier.
