From the town centre and North Shore to Layton, Bispham and Grange Park, our carers visit clients right across Blackpool. We support people with everything from a weekly home help visit to daily personal care, dementia care and end of life care, and we work closely with local GP practices and Blackpool Victoria Hospital discharge teams.

St Annes-on-Sea is home to our office, so many of our carers live just around the corner. We provide personal care, companionship, overnight care and nurse-led support to clients throughout St Annes, from the promenade and town centre to Ansdell, Heyhouses and Fairhaven.

We have been caring for people in Lytham for many years. Our local team helps clients stay independent in their own homes, with tailored care plans for dementia, recovery after a hospital stay, physical disabilities and palliative care, as well as friendly companionship visits and domestic help.

Our carers travel to Kirkham and the surrounding villages to provide home care, medication support, respite for family carers and help after hospital discharge. Rural and semi-rural clients benefit from the same consistent, nurse-led care as our town-based clients.

We provide flexible home care in Freckleton, including personal care, home help and housekeeping, companionship and overnight support. Our nurse-led team makes sure every care plan reflects the individual's routine and the support their family already provides.

Clients in Warton can access the full range of Farrell Healthcare services, from short daily calls for medication prompting to longer visits for personal care and dementia support. We will always start with a free assessment by a qualified nurse.

In Poulton-le-Fylde we support older people, people living with long-term conditions and those recovering from illness to remain safe and comfortable at home. Our services include personal care, hospital to home support, respite care and end of life care.

Staining is one of our long-standing care areas. Our carers provide regular personal care, home help, companionship and medication visits, and our nurse-led team liaises with local health professionals to keep care joined up.

We visit clients throughout South Shore, providing dependable daily care, dementia support and practical help at home. Being only a short drive from our Lytham St Annes office means we can respond quickly when needs change.

Our home care team supports clients in Marton, Great Marton and Marton Moss with personal care, overnight care, companionship and support after hospital stays. Every care plan is reviewed regularly by our experienced management team.

In Thornton and Thornton-Cleveleys we provide nurse-led home care for older adults and people with disabilities, including personal care, dementia care, medication support and domestic help, delivered by carers who get to know their clients well.

From the seafront to Norcross, our carers help people in Cleveleys stay independent and connected. We offer regular care visits, respite for family carers, companionship and end of life care, all tailored to the person and their family.
