Senior Carers

Our aim is to deliver care to a high standard and role model this to other carers. We assess the need of clients, identify problems, plan solutions and complete individual care plans and risk assessments. We liaise with other healthcare and social care professionals to improve client care packages. We monitor standards of care, maintain accurate records, promote the business and promote positive staff morale.
Senior Carers oversee and monitor Healthcare Assistants and ensure clients continue to feel safe and independent in their own homes.
Our Senior Care team are
Lisa Del Piano Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Lisa has previous experience as a support worker and has knowledge of mental health, learning disabilities and complex needs.
Samantha Haynes Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Sam has worked in residential care for many years and person centred care is at the heart of her values.
Karen Irvine Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care. Karen has been a home care assistant and worked in residential care. Karen has years of experience and is keen to support clients in their own homes.
Nicole Johnson Level 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Health & Social Care. Nicole has worked in different home care settings and her focus is safety, quality and reliable care!
